THOMAS SHERIDAN – STAMPING OPERATIONS MANAGER
Tom Sheridan, currently managing stamping operations started with Weiss-Aug as an industrial engineer. After graduating from West Virginia, Tom worked first in the Aerospace industry before beginning his career with Weiss-Aug. His initial responsibilities included continuous improvement for existing programs and helping engineering develop new programs. Tom was shortly then promoted to Team leader of Manufacturing Engineering group. The culture of talented individuals willing to support and help Tom gain insight on industry knowledge helped him in his career growth immensely. He had developed a relationship with a good mentor, that guided him to be successful in his career allowing him to use powerful tools learned in school.

Steve Czapla – STAMPING MANAGER OF NEW PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT
Steve Czapla first came to Weiss-Aug as a manufacturing die set up team member. He apprenticed as a die maker for 4 years, receiving his journeyman certificate, and later an associates degree in mechanical engineering technology. During his apprenticeship, he credits a terrific and patient mentor for teaching him the trade. Upon completing his apprenticeship, he moved into tooling/design as a junior level designer/draftsman, and was promoted several times over his career to his current position. As Manager of New Program Development for Stamping, Steve works with our customers in designing new programs and products from the ground up, designing and developing prototypes and prototype tooling.
