Insert Molding
• Fused Technology – Over molded, reel to reel molded programs are planned and designed with
the total manufacturing process in mind to maximize manufacturability, cost savings and quality.

and reel to reel molding are designed to provide cost savings, quality, and 100 % inspection

Precision Metal Forming
• High Speed – Precision miniature high speed stampings utilizing state of the art Bruderer
presses, ranging from 20 to 90 tons, and stamping metals from .002”.
• In line Inspection – 100 % in line quality inspection using automated vision and sensoring
systems
• Assembly & Secondary processes – component welding capability, assembly, heat treating,
tumbling, passivating, plating and welding
• Customization – Specialty and customized packaging/labeling options are available, such as
tape and reeled, singulated or bulk packaging.
